Every man of discerning taste likes to look good whether your style is simple or you are more flashy; looking good is always the goal. However, sometimes men make these 3 Jewelry mistakes when it comes to picking pieces to accessorize their wardrobe. 

3 Key Mistakes to Avoid When Picking Jewelry for your Wardrobe 

1. Over accessorizing your wrist wear

No matter what your style is be it flashy or simple too many bracelets on one wrist is never a good look. The general rule of thumb should be that your bracelet selection should compliment your look and not compete for attention with your wardrobe. Pieces with a hint of sparkle should be worn either alone on your wrist or be complimented with your choice in solid color or metal watch. The flashier the piece the more solid in color and metal type your watch should be.  For example if your watch has a lot of big flashy diamonds in it, your bracelet should not contain an equal amount of bling. It might seem like it goes together in theory but it will come off gawdy and overwhelming instead of classy and dapper. Stick to a maximum of 3 (and depending on the style, color and size of the bracelet that may be pushing it) bracelets at most on your wrist.

If your style is more simple you should stick to no more than 1 simple piece on your wrist with color selection that again compliments your outfit. That being said avoid washing your hands exposing your pieces to prolonged periods of being submersed in water. This includes not taking a shower in your piece - especially the gold plated pieces. This will ensure maximum longevity.
