Shipping Policy

At The Diana Tracy Collection we have a 3 to 4 day processing time for all orders after purchase. All orders are shipped out with tracking numbers.

Canadian Orders

All Canadian orders will be shipped out using Canada Post.

US Orders

All American Orders are initially shipped via Canada Post however once the package reaches the US border it will be handed off to USPS delivered via USPS. The Canada Post Tracking number can be used to track your package with USPS as well. . 

International Orders

All International Orders outside of North America will ship via Canada Post and receive a tracking number as well.
